Lubracil Refund, Return, Subscription & 120-Day Guarantee Policy
Lubracil is committed to delivering safe, science-backed, and high-quality wellness solutions for women. Due to the perishable nature of our products, safety regulations, and recurring fulfillment systems, we maintain the following strict policy on refunds, returns, subscriptions, and guarantees.
1. All Sales Are Final
Lubracil supplements are ingestible wellness products that fall under perishable goods classifications. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with under any circumstance.
2. Returns for Unopened Products
Unopened, sealed products may be considered for return only under the following conditions:

Returned products must pass inspection upon arrival

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds and returns will not be granted under the following conditions:

4. Subscription Policy (1-Month, 3-Month, 6-Month Plans)
Lubracil subscriptions are auto-renewing and may be triggered by selecting expedited shipping at checkout. By completing a purchase with expedited shipping selected, customers explicitly consent to enrolling in a recurring subscription and agree to these terms:

4.2 Billing and Fulfillment Terms

Requests received after processing will not be honored for refund or return.
You are solely responsible for managing your subscription. Forgetting to cancel, failing to read the subscription disclosure, or not understanding the offer are not grounds for refund.
4.4 Refund Policy for Subscriptions

Subscription orders are non-refundable, regardless of usage.

We do not refund unused, sealed subscription items once shipped.

Subscription orders do not qualify for our 120-day money-back guarantee unless they are the first-ever purchase.

Due to regulatory, safety, and tampering risks, we cannot accept any Amazon-related return shipments

7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
